We look at the relevant modern award coverage and classification levels to ensure your employees are not only covered by the correct modern award but are also classified as the correct level under the relevant modern award. 

Correct rates of pay


We will look at your current rates of pay as compared to the relevant modern award.  We are also able to assist with conducting wage assessments, wage analysis and salary benchmarking. 

Restructures and redundancies

Not done correctly, this can have major consequences.  We are able to provide assistance and guidance from the beginning stages of a restructure, to the consultation and ultimate redeployment or redundancy. 

HR documentation


We have a range of different document packages to be purchased as and when required.  Alternatively, if you sign up to our Premium Membership or higher, these documents are included as part of that package.

HR Business Assist’s subscriptions start from as little as $1,200.00 + GST per annum. 

In addition to subscription based services, HR Business Assist also offer advice on an ad hoc basis charged for the actual time of engagement.
